The Ultimate Disney Springs Dessert Crawl: Where to Stop and What to Order
You may have noticed by now that I have a soft spot for all things Disney—some might even call me a “Disney adult.” No matter how you slice it, I’m a fan. And as a food writer, one of my favorite parts about entering the “Disney bubble” of Orlando is a visit to Disney Springs.
With food, entertainment, shopping, and free parking, all with that unmistakable Disney polish, there’s really no better way to kick off a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. And if you ask me, the best way to switch into vacation mode is to start with dessert. Gather your friends, bring your appetite for sweets, and get ready to make your way through 10 of Disney Springs’ best spots for something sugary.

Before you go
I’ll be the first to admit that this dessert crawl is ambitious. But with a little planning, you can enjoy your stroll and end up with enough room to actually sample everything. The full loop is about 1.2 miles, but with 10 stops along the way, I recommend budgeting around two hours to complete the crawl.
Come hungry, but plan to share. Ten desserts is a lot, even for a dedicated sweet tooth. Most stops offer portions that are easy to split, so this crawl is best tackled with a friend or two. Sharing also gives you the chance to sample more without completely filling up before you reach the finish line.
Tip: Bring ziplocks or tupperware for leftovers. You don’t need to finish all these desserts in one sitting!
Budget around $40-50 per person. You're looking at roughly $85-90 for the recommended treats if you bought one of everything, but this crawl is designed for sharing. Share the desserts among two or more people, and you'll get to sample all 10 stops without spending a fortune—or eating an absolutely heroic amount of sugar.
Check seasonal offerings. Several stops on this crawl—including Gideon’s Bakehouse and Salt & Straw—regularly rotate their menus, so some of the specific treats mentioned below might change. If you have your heart set on a limited-edition dessert, check the current menu before heading to Disney Springs to avoid disappointment.

How to get to Disney Springs
Whether you’re coming from a Disney Resort hotel, another Orlando attraction, or your own home, getting to Disney Springs is relatively simple. Here are your best options:
From a Disney Resort Hotel
Staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel? Take the complimentary Disney bus directly to Disney Springs Town Center. Buses run through Disney Springs’ operating hours and continue for about an hour after closing. Check the transportation signs at your resort for the current bus stop and schedule.
A few resorts offer another option: Guests at Disney’s Port Orleans–French Quarter, Disney’s Port Orleans–Riverside, and Disney’s Old Key West Resort can take complimentary water transportation to Disney Springs. If you’re staying at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, you can also walk to Disney Springs via a pedestrian bridge.

Using Uber or Lyft? Rideshare drop-off and pickup is available at Disney Springs with a dedicated rideshare area on the West Side. If you’re using Lyft, paid Minnie Van Service is also available through the Lyft app.
By Car
Driving to Disney Springs is easy, particularly if you’re coming from Orlando or another part of Central Florida. From 1-4, take Exit 67 for Disney Springs and follow the signs to the Disney Springs parking garages.
Self-parking at Disney Springs is complimentary, so there’s no need to pay for parking just to start your dessert crawl.
Where to park at Disney Springs
One of the best things about visiting Disney Springs? Parking is free. Disney Springs has three parking garages plus surface lots, but for this dessert crawl, I recommend starting from the Orange Garage. If it’s full or traffic is directing you elsewhere, the Lime Garage is your best backup.
First Choice: Orange Garage
The Orange Garage is my top pick for this crawl because it puts you in a convenient position for the route. Follow the directions in the map below to get there, then make your way towards Disney Springs and begin the crawl at Stop No. 1.
Backup: Lime Garage
If the Orange Garage is full, head to the Lime Garage instead. It’s another convenient option with direct access to Disney Springs, and I’ve included an alternate route in the map below so you can easily join the crawl from there.
Tip: Take a photo of your parking location, or use Disney’s complimentary Car Locator feature in the My Disney Experience app before you head off in pursuit of dessert. Trust me, your future, sugar-comatose self will thank you.
The Guide: Disney Springs Dessert Crawl
Start at Everglazed on the West Side and follow the stops in order; the route finishes at Amorette's in Town Center.
Stop 1: Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
What to get: Peanut Butter Explosion
Peanut Butter Explosion is the order at Everglazed. This chocolate-iced yeast donut is piled with peanut butter chips and crushed Reese’s Cups, then finished with chocolate-peanut-butter frosting. It was the shop’s most popular donut when Everglazed opened, and it remains one of its signature over-the-top creations.
Stop 2: Salt & Straw
What to get: Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Salt & Straw’s most popular flavor combines chewy, salty cookie dough with rich malted fudge in a creamy vanilla base. It’s familiar enough to be an easy crowd-pleaser, but the salty-sweet malt gives it the creative twist Salt & Straw is known for. Keep an eye out for the seasonal flavor, too.
Stop 3: The Cookie Bar at Summer House on the Lake
What to get: Lemon Cookie
This oversized, soft cookie gets a bright, tart kick from lemon and a sweet glaze, giving it more of a lemon-bar quality than a traditional cookie. It has been one of the Cookie Bar's most consistently praised flavors since the Disney Springs location opened—and it's a welcome fruity break from all the chocolate-heavy desserts elsewhere in the Springs.
Stop 4: The Ganachery
What to get: Made-to-Order Artisan S’more
The Ganachery takes the classic campfire treat up several notches with a house-made marshmallow, chocolate, ganache, and soft graham crackers, all assembled and torched to order. The made-to-order preparation makes it a more memorable stop than simply picking up a piece of chocolate.
Stop 5: Gideon’s Bakehouse
What to get: Coffee Cake Cookie
This Disney Springs-exclusive cookie takes Gideon’s signature almost-half-pound format in a breakfast-y direction, combining a buttery vanilla-bean cookie with cinnamon swirl and crunchy, double-baked butter crumbs.
Also try: The monthly limited-edition cookie — Gideon’s changes this flavor regularly, so it’s worth checking the current menu before your visit; limited-edition cookies are available while supplies last and can sell out.
Stop 6: Swirls on the Water
What to get: DOLE Whip Flight
The best way to experience Swirls on the Water is with its rotating DOLE Whip Flight, which serves three seasonal flavor combinations in one order. It’s particularly good for a Disney Springs crawl because you get to try several flavors without committing to a full serving of just one, and the lineup changes throughout the year.
Stop 7: Goofy’s Candy Co.
What to get: Custom Mickey Rice Krispie Treat
This one is particularly nostalgic for me. At this Candy Factory-themed shop, you can turn a classic Disney snack into your own creation by choosing the chocolate coating, topping, and drizzle, then watch it get assembled right before your eyes. For a Disney Springs dessert crawl, it's less about finding the “best” flavor and more about getting a treat that's made exactly to your taste.
My suggested combo: milk chocolate + crushed Butterfinger + chocolate drizzle.
Stop 8: Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop
What to get: Magical Hot Fudge Sundae
Ghirardelli is a classic, which means it’s best to keep it simple. This Disney-exclusive version of their signature sundae features vanilla ice cream buried under warm hot fudge, whipped cream, sprinkles, and two chocolate-dipped waffle "ears."
Note: Ghirardelli is currently operating from a temporary Town Center location while its Marketplace shop undergoes refurbishment; Disney says the original location is expected to reopen in 2027.
Stop 9: Sunshine Churros
What to get: Strawberry Cheesecake Churro
A warm churro rolled in strawberry sugar and paired with a creamy cheesecake dip, this is a sweeter, fruitier take on the classic Disney snack. It has been a longtime standout at Sunshine Churros, making it a better “must-order” for your crawl than the standard cinnamon version.
Stop 10: Amorette’s Patisserie
What to get: Petite Mickey Mouse Dome
This adorable character cake combines chocolate chiffon with dark and white chocolate mousses for a rich, decadent finish to the crawl. At about $11, it's also considerably more approachable than Amorette's larger signature cakes, and the Mickey shape makes it a particularly fitting finale for a Disney Springs dessert crawl.
